Tracking

Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier. A tracking number may take time to show its first scan after the shipping label is created.

Delivery concerns

If a package is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, use the contact form with the order number and tracking details.

Returns

Because research materials require chain-of-custody and handling controls, do not ship an item back without written return instructions from RevPep support.
